pilot software package provides Simple file browser from Alpine, a text-based email client, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install pilot
pilot is installed in your system.
Make ensure the pilot package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pilot *
You will get with pilot package name, version, architecture and description in a table
